Rocking and Rolling to Release™ from The Center for Women’s Fitness
Rocking and Rolling to Release™ is a movement class that uses your body plus small balls to release fascia and muscles with gentle rocking and rolling movements. This allows for a non-aggressive approach to releasing restrictions throughout the body.
The class is divided into sequences with the body placed in different positions to facilitate mobility, stability and eventually release. You will come away feeling refreshed and relaxed. The body will continue to release over time and realign the muscles as restrictions disappear. Balls are used to support and encourage release.
This class includes sequences with and without the balls in several different positions
- To facilitate release through movement
- To move tension free
- To use primal movements such as circles, spirals and oppositional movement
- To understand mobility and stability of the body through movement.
